Bogan is riding high and all the way up to No. 2 in the Super 25 after beating Simeon on the road by 22 points. It will be interesting to see if upstart Corliss (4-0, 3-0) can provide the Bengals (8-0, 3-0) with a real test.

There is a solid slate of Red-South/Central games games on Thursday. Kenwood (4-4, 2-1) is at Morgan Park (3-1, 0-1). The Broncos, which fell short against Lincoln Park at the Chicago Elite Classic, rebounded nicely with a win against Lindblom on Tuesday. Darnell King, a 6-5 senior, has emerged as a major force for Kenwood and could be one of the best bigs in the city.

Hyde Park (4-1, 2-1) at Lindblom (4-3, 0-3) should be very close. Both teams are talented. The Eagles are experienced, the Thunderbirds young. Lindblom’s Marshun Williams is a load and Hyde Park has a pair of dynamic guards in junior Jalen Houston and sophomore Julian Price.
