An 84-year-old man who went missing Wednesday morning after leaving an appointment in north suburban Park City has been found.

Thomas G. Turnbull, of Grayslake, was last seen leaving the appointment about 11 a.m. in the 400 block of Greenleaf Street, according to a missing person alert from the Lake County sheriff’s office.

He was safely located Thursday morning in Green Lake, Wisconsin, according to the sheriff’s office.

The man was found unresponsive in an alley in the 10700 block of South Lowe Avenue, police said.
The man suffered head trauma and was pronounced dead at University of Chicago Medical Center, police said.
