A man was killed and two more wounded in a shooting Wednesday evening in the West Side neighborhood of Humboldt Park.

About 7 p.m., the three men were standing in a parking lot near the intersection of Division Street and Monticello Avenue when a dark-colored vehicle drove up and someone inside fired shots, according to Chicago police.

Raymond Hands, 20, was struck in the chest and taken to Stroger Hospital, where he was later pronounced dead, police and the Cook County medical examiner’s office said.

A 34-year-old was struck in the leg and a 19-year-old was shot in the thigh, police said. They were also taken to Stroger Hospital, where both of their conditions were stabilized.

No arrests have been made, police said. Area North detectives are conducting a homicide investigation.
