Funeral services will take place next week for slain South Side mother Marlen Ochoa-Lopez, her family announced on Saturday.

Two days of visitation are scheduled at Mount Auburn Funeral Home, 4101 S. Oak Park Ave. in Stickney: May 23, from 3 p.m. until 9 p.m.; and May 24, from 9 a.m. until 9 p.m.

The funeral service is scheduled to take place at the funeral home on May 25 at 9 a.m., with a chapel service at 11 a.m.

Ochoa-Lopez, 19, was lured to the Scottsdale neighborhood home last month of a woman who had promised the expectant mother baby supplies, only to kill her and take the baby from her womb, according to authorities.

Ochoa-Lopez is survived by her husband, a 3-year-old son and the newborn who remains on life support at Christ Medical Center, in addition to a large immediate and extended family.
