A 35-year-old woman was wounded in a shooting Saturday in Englewood on the South Side.

She was driving in a vehicle about 11:45 p.m. in the 1500 block of West 68th Street when a male approached her on foot and shot her in the arm, Chicago police said.

The woman drove herself to Holy Cross Hospital where her condition was stabilized, police said.

No one is in custody as Area South detectives investigate.
