Man killed in St. Charles motorcycle crash

Ryan D. Hagen was driving in the 800 block of South Randall Road when he lost control of his motorcycle, St. Charles police said.

A 28-year-old man was killed Monday in a motorcycle crash in west suburban St. Charles.

Just after 8 p.m., Ryan D. Hagen was southbound on a 2006 Honda motorcycle in the 800 block of South Randall Road when he lost control and skidded into the raised center median, St. Charles police said. He was ejected from the motorcycle, which went southbound into the Bricher Road intersection.

Hagen was pronounced dead at the scene, police said. He lived in Lake in the Hills. No one else was injured.

The crash is under investigation.
