A 65-year-old man has been reported missing from Chicago Lawn on the Southwest Side.

Charnell Clay was last seen Thursday near 65th and Claremont Avenue, Chicago police said.

Clay is 5-foot7, 140 pounds, with brown eyes and may be in need of medication. He has black and gray hair and a medium complexion, police said.

He was last seen wearing a multi-colored skull cap with a ball on the top, a black leather jacket, navy blue hoodie, burgundy jeans and red high top gym shoes, police said.
