A teenage mother and her infant daughter have been found after they were reported missing from Cragin on the Northwest Side.

Mayra Osorio, 16, went missing May 25 with her 5-month-old daughter, Samara Osorio, in the 5500 block of West School Street, Chicago police said.

Police announced Tuesday evening that they have been located safe.
