Randy Niemiec (above) and his dad Ken (below) showed how to do a first trip to Sturgeon Bay right. They both caught their first 6-pound-plus smallmouth bass.

``Bucket-list trip for us for sure!,’’ emailed Niemiec, who noted they also boated a 40-inch northern pike. ``Sturgeon Bay is definitely world class!!!’’
