Chicagoan Raymond Chi won Skamania Mania on Sunday with a steelhead of 16 pounds, 13 ounces.

The Northwest Indiana Steelheaders’ annual weekend event at Michigan City, Ind. had many quality fish weighed. Even 13th place was an 11-10, caught by Evan Conway of Munster, Ind.
