A girl reported missing from Little Village on the Southwest Side has been found.

Rachel Hernandez, 15, was last seen Sunday in the 2200 block of South Drake Avenue, according to a missing person alert from Chicago police.

Police canceled the alert Tuesday, stating that Hernandez had been located. Further details were not provided.
