Thousands of electronic music fans made their way back to Hoffman Estates on Saturday for the second day of the Spring Awakening Music Festival.

With clear skies and temperatures nearing 80 degrees, conditions couldn’t have been better for the 25,000-plus dancing and grooving fans.

Saturday’s headliners included Destructo, DJ Snake and Rezz.

The fest found new digs this year in the northwest suburbs, on 27 acres at the former site of the Poplar Creek Music Theatre, holding seven stages, countless vendors, a Ferris wheel and more.
