Missing teen from Park Manor returns home safely

A missing teenage girl from Park Manor has been located safely.

Chakiya Carter, 16, went missing July 18 in the 6400 block of Martin Luther King Drive, according to Chicago police.

Police announced on July 29 that Carter had returned home safely.
