A 70-year-old man was reported missing from the Near West Side. 

Lewis Donaldson was last seen May 1 in the 30 block of South Campbell Avenue, Chicago police said in an alert. 

He may be in need of medical attention, police said. He is 5-foot-8, 180 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. It is not known what he was last seen wearing.
