As they say a lot at Wrigley Field, there’s always next year — even for live music lovers.

Giving fans almost a year’s notice, a formidable trio of pop-rock bands — Green Day, Fall Out Boy and Weezer — announced Tuesday they’ll perform a Wrigley show on Aug. 13, 2020.

Tickets go on sale next Monday through Thursday for American Express cardholders and then for everyone else at 10 a.m. Sept. 20 at ticketmaster.com.

The show is part of the “Hella Mega Tour,” which brings the three bands together for concerts in Europe and then North America next summer.

To celebrate the tour reveal, all three bands will perform tonight at the Whisky A Go Go in Los Angeles. They’ll also appear on consecutive nights on “Jimmy Kimmel Live,” starting with Weezer tonight.
