A 35-year-old man was critically injured Wednesday in a motorcycle crash in the Loop.

About 1:55 a.m., the man was southbound on a 1997 Kawasaki motorcycle in the 400 block of South Lower Wacker Drive when he lost control and crashed into a wall, Chicago police said.

He was rushed to Stroger Hospital in critical condition, police said.

CPD’s Major Accidents Unit is investigating the crash.
