A 30-year-old man was reported missing from Little Village on the Southwest Side. 

Carlos Valencia was last seen Tuesday in the 2300 block of South Lawndale Avenue, Chicago police said in a missing person alert. He may appear to be in need of medical attention. 

It is not known what he was last seen wearing. He has a tattoo that reads “God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change courage to change the things I can and wisdom to know the difference” on his chest, police said.
