A woman reported missing from a Bronzeville nursing home has been found safe.

Fredetta Douglas, 69, was last seen about 11 a.m. Monday at the Southern Manor Nursing Home at 3311 S. Michigan Ave., according to Chicago police.

Police said Wednesday evening that Douglas was located safely.
