Metra North Central Service trains are running with delays Monday after a vehicle was stuck on the tracks near north suburban Mundelein.

Movement in both directions was stopped about 5:51 p.m. near Mundelein, according to a tweet from Metra. Trains were running with delays “upwards of 45 minutes” by 6:13 p.m. A Metra spokeswoman said the vehicle on the tracks wasn’t hit.

The adult driver of the vehicle was arrested on DUI charges, according to Mundelein police.
