A 29-year-old man reported missing from the Near North Side has returned home.

Airron Meals was last seen walking Tuesday near North State Street and West Superior Street, according to a missing person alert from Chicago police. He was previously reported missing Dec. 25, from Englewood on the South Side, but was located three days later.

Police canceled the alert Thursday evening, stating that Meals was located and safely returned home.
