Fredrick McGuire, 88, was involved in a collision about 11 p.m. in the 11300 block of Sequoya Lane, according to the Cook County medical examiner’s office.

He was pronounced dead the next day at 3:25 a.m., the medical examiner’s office said. He lived in Indian Head Park.
