Chicago police are warning Pilsen residents of three armed robberies reported in January in the Near West Side neighborhood.

In each incident, victims were approached by three males who flashed a handgun and demanded their cell phones and wallets, according to a community alert from Chicago police.

The robberies happened:

  • About 2:10 p.m. Jan. 17, in the 900 block of West 18th Place;
  • About 6:30 a.m. Jan. 18, in the 1800 block of South Morgan Street; and
  • About 12:05 a.m. Jan. 22, in the 1100 block of West Cullerton Avenue.
