A 32-year-old woman and her two children have been reported missing from Chicago.

Casey Farley and her children, 2-year-old Zaima Muhammad and 5-year-old Soraya Muhammad, were last heard from by family members Jan. 3, according to a missing persons alert from Chicago police.

Farley is 5-foot-6, 100 pounds, with brown eyes, black hair and has a medium-brown complexion, police said. Zaima Muhammad is 2 feet, 40 pounds, with brown eyes, black hair and has a medium-brown complexion.

Soraya Muhammad is 3 feet, 50 pounds, with brown eyes, black hair and has a medium-brown complexion, police said.
