Three people, including a pregnant woman, were seriously injured Saturday in a crash on the Dan Ryan Expressway.

The crash happened about 8:20 p.m. when their vehicle hit a wall near 64th Street, Illinois State Police said.

A pregnant woman and a man who was ejected from the vehicle in the crash were taken to the University of Chicago Medical Center in serious-to-critical condition, Chicago fire officials said. Another woman was taken to Stroger Hospital in serious-to-critical condition.
