The 2020 NFL Draft will be held as planned Thursday through Saturday, but it’s going to be unlike you’ve seen before. The league is conducting the draft remotely due to the coronavirus pandemic, which has required some creativity on the part of the parties involved to make this happen.

Television coverage of the draft, which had originally been set to be held in Las Vegas, will take place at ESPN’s studios in Bristol, Connecticut. NFL commissioner Roger Goodell will announce first-round picks from his New York home. All seven rounds will be covered on television, which the good news for football fans.

Top prospects in this year’s class include quarterbacks Joe Burrow, Tua Tagovailoa and Justin Herbert, pass rusher Chase Young, cornerback Jeff Okudah and offensive lineman Tristan Wirfs. The Bengals are expected to take Burrow with the No. 1 pick, and many mock drafts see the Redskins taking Young with the No. 2 pick.

The Dolphins are also widely expected to take a quarterback who could take over by 2021. Tagovailoa and Herbert should be the prime candidates there unless the team is surprisingly hot on Utah State’s Jordan Love.
