A 41-year-old man was reported missing from Dunning on the Northwest Side.

Ervin Sims was last seen April 29 near his home in the 3400 block of North Narragansett Avenue, Chicago police said. His cellphone is off and he has not contacted family.

He is 6-foot-2, 185 pounds with black and gray hair and brown eyes.

Anyone with information is asked to call Area Five detectives at 312-746-6554.
