A Woodridge man died of complications Tuesday from injuries he sustained in a crash last week in Bolingbrook.
John McKinley, 71, was pronounced dead at 12:40 p.m. at Loyola University Medical Center in Maywood, according to the Cook County medical examiner’s office.
He was injured in a crash at 9:45 a.m. July 29 at Rockhurst Road and Bolingbrook Drive, the medical examiner’s office said.
Autopsy results released Friday found he died of complications from blunt force injuries to his chest, the medical examiner’s office said. His death was ruled an accident.
Bolingbrook police did not immediately respond to a request for details.
