A woman was killed in a shooting Sunday in south suburban Dolton.
Laresha Bowles, 36, was shot about 2:10 a.m. in the 14200 block of Ellis Avenue, according to the Cook County medical examiner’s office.
She was pronounced dead about 3:05 a.m. at Ingalls Memorial Hospital, the medical examiner’s office said. An autopsy found she died of a gunshot wound to her back and ruled her death a homicide.
Dolton officials didn’t immediately reply to a request for details.
