A 30-year-old man died in a crash Sunday morning in suburban Elmwood Park.

Alexander Rivas was injured about 4:20 a.m. in the 7900 block of Grand Avenue, according to the Cook County medical examiner’s office. He was pronounced dead at 4:50 a.m. 

An autopsy found he died of multiple injuries from the crash and ruled his death an accident, the medical examiner’s office said. He lived in Humboldt Park. 

Elmwood Park police didn't immediately respond to a request for details.
