Robert Muenster, a 71-year-old man who was reported missing Monday from suburban St. Charles, has been found safe, St. Charles police said.

Police canceled his missing person alert Tuesday night, saying he was not injured but was taken to Northwestern Medicine Delnor Hospital for evaluation.
