A 79-year-old man last seen in Roseland on the Far South Side is missing.

Herbert Chambers was last seen around 104th Street and Michigan Avenue, Chicago Police said.

He could possibly be around the 1900 block of West Harrison Street on the West Side, police said. He may need medical attention.

Chambers is about 6 feet tall, 210 pounds, bald, brown eyes, medium complexion, police said.

He was last seen wearing a blue hat, blue polo shirt, khaki pants with black shoes, police said.
