A 12-year-old boy reported missing from Austin has been found safe.

David “DJ” Sharber was reported missing Thursday from the 900 block of North Parkside Avenue, according to Chicago police.

The missing person alert was canceled Monday afternoon after Sharber was found safe and reunited with his family.
