Teen wounded in Bronzeville shooting

A 17-year-old boy was wounded in a shooting Sunday evening in Bronzeville on the South Side.

The teen was outside about 5 p.m. in the 5000 block of South Drexel Boulevard when someone shot him in the leg, Chicago police said.

He was taken to the University of Chicago Medical Center in good condition, police said.

There was no one in custody.
