Mills was warming up before the game and going over his footwork. But Mills, who also has dealt with a nagging sore foot this season, won’t play against the Bucs.

Nickel back Demontre Hurst is in the for the Bears. He was limited this past week at practice with a knee injury and was listed as questionable.

The Bears’ other inactives include: linebacker Khaseem Greene, linebacker Darryl Sharpton, cornerback Terrance Mitchell, offensive lineman Eben Britton, defensive end Trevor Scott and returner Chris Williams.

The Buccaneers, meanwhile, are without their leading tackler, linebacker Lavonte David. He’s out with a hamstring injury. Cornerback C.J. Wilson, a former Bear, also is inactive.
