As some Bears players are working out together at the Bears facilities, tight end Martellus Bennett shows off his individual workouts on his Instagram account.

Bennett is working out alone because he’s holding out for a new contract.

Bennett shows off how fast he can run on what he likes to call the “Black Unicorn 4.0” at the Fit Speed AP in Chicago.

The Fit Speed AP also released an Instagram of Bennett working towards a “BIG” year.

Bennett wanted the world to see him practicing his route running during the offseason, but his quarterback in these videos isn’t Jay Cutler.
