LONDON — The Bears are taking on the Raiders at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, and their defense will be more fortified than it was last week.

Linebacker Roquan Smith is back after missing one game because of personal reasons, and defensive tackle Akiem Hicks will return from a knee injury.
