Inside linebacker Danny Trevathan said the Bears found motivation in chatter coming from Minnesota.

“Their head coach had said something funny. … ” Trevathan said. “I just looked at it and thought, ‘OK, I’ll see you Sunday, bro.”

Vikings coach Mike Zimmer was asked last week about it being difficult to play at Soldier Field.

“I don’t know — that’s what everybody told me when I got here, and we won some games,” Zimmer said. “I guess if you turn the ball over and do dumb penalties and do dumb things, it’s a pretty hard place to play.

“I think they’ve lost their last two.”
