Duncan Keith plays the most minutes in triple-overtime win

The Blackhawks played Game 2 with only four “functional” defensemen against the Anaheim Ducks, which meant more defensemen are going to play more than others.

Blackhawks defenseman Duncan Keith led the team with 49 minutes, three minutes more than the next Blackhawks defenseman.

Sam Fels, the Blackhawks writer for the Committed Indian, said on 670 The Score that Keith playing all these minutes isn’t a big deal because the team will get plenty of rest during the two-day rest.

Fels also said it was important for the assistant captain to play all those minutes because the other defensemen played terribly on Tuesday night.
