Blackhawks captain Jonathan Toews scored two goals with less than two minutes left after the Blackhawks pulled goalie Corey Crawford from the net.

Toews’ first goal came with 1:50 left on the clock and brought the Blackhawks’ deficit to one.

Toews’ second goal came with less than 38 seconds left, and it was an almost impossible angle as the puck hit off Ducks goalie Frederik Andersen’s skate and went in.

The goals tied the game at four and sent Game 5 of the Western Conference finals into overtime.
