The Blackhawks completed the 4-game sweep against the Minnesota Wild on Thursday.

Blackhawks right wing Patrick Kane continued his 5-game goal streak with a third period goal to put the game out of reach for the Wild. Brent Seabrook, Marian Hossa and Andrew Shaw also added goals.

Next, the Blackhawks will face either the Anaheim Ducks or Calgary Flames in the Western Conference Finals.
