The Blackhawks social media team has to thank the players for winning the Stanley Cup Final because that helped the Twitter account reach over one million followers.

The Blackhawks Twitter account reaching one million followers puts them into the second largest Twitter following among Chicago sports teams.

The Bulls still have double the Blackhawks’ followers and remain the most popular team in Chicago.
