BlackBerry is working with Boeing Co. on Boeing’s high-security Android-based smartphone that can self-destruct if it is tampered with.

The Boeing Black device encrypts calls and is aimed at government agencies and others that need to keep communications and data secure, Reuters reports.

The Chicago-based company has filed documents with the FCC detailing a secure smartphone that’s capable of rendering itself inoperable when someone attempts to break into it.
