Comcast Business has opened its third annual Innovations 4 Entrepreneurs competition that offers business owners up to $30,000 and a day of mentoring with business experts.

Applicants must submit a 250-word essay answering the question “How could your business use technology to help enhance your business?” The entry deadline is March 12. Go to Comcast Business Community to submit an application and for more details.

Two winners will be picked from each of the 15 Comcast Business Regions. One winner for startup companies, those in business two years or less, and one for entrepreneurs, those in business more than two years.

Northbrook-based based Noggin Builders was a national winner in 2015.
