Boeing Co. and Kuwait Airways have finalized an order for 10 jets, a deal valued at $3.3 billion based on list prices.

Kuwait Airways ordered 10 777-300ERs, which can carry 386 passengers and fly up to 7,825 miles nonstop. The tentative order was announced in November.

“Kuwait Airways has plans to renew its fleet as well as expand its operations and the 777-300ER is a perfect airplane for our strategy,” Rasha Al Roumi, Kuwait Airways CEO, said in a news release.

Ray Conner, president and CEO of Boeing Commercial Airplanes, said the aerospace industry in the Middle East “continues to enjoy a phenomenal growth and we are proud to be part of that growth.”
