David’s Tea plans to open its Millennium Park store on Saturday.

The company sells loose leaf tea by the ounce or cups of hot or iced tea. The store at 151 N. Michigan Ave. will be the Canadian chain’s fourth store in Chicago and 22nd in the United States.

“Since the creation of the company, becoming a part of the fabric of a community is of utmost importance to us. We wanted to come to Chicago because of the city’s strong support of culture and pride in the neighborhoods,” co-founder David Segal said in a news release.

David’s Tea opened its first store in here in the Bucktown neighborhood in 2012. It also has stores in Wrigleyville and Lincoln Park and in west suburban Naperville.
