Gene and Georgetti Restaurant: Michelle Durpetti will join the family business full time to handle marketing, PR, social media management and events. She’s the founder and president of Michelle Durpetti Events and the daughter of Gene and Georgetti owners Tony and Marion Durpetti.

Merrill Lynch Private Banking and Investment Group: Managing Directors Rajeev Rathi and Kanwar Singh joined the Chicago office from UBS Financial Services, where they were senior vice presidents of wealth management. Senior Vice President Steven Coleman also joined from UBS, where he was a financial adviser and portfolio manager.

JourneyCare Foundation: Jason Leppin to vice president, from director.

Wight & Co.: Michael Lubbers was named vice president and continuing as creative director. Also, Andrew Joseph to vice president and design principal, from senior design architect, and Craig Siepka, to vice president and design principal, from PK-12 design leader.

U.S. Bank Wealth Management: Dominic Cotrano was appointed wealth management adviser for the Private Client Reserve. He was most recently a wealth management senior adviser and private banker with MB Financial.

Zurich North America: Chief Information Officer Tom Peach is one of Insurance & Technology magazine’s Elite 8 for 2014.
