Gov. Pat Quinn landed mega donations from J.B. Pritzker and his wife, M.K., who each donated $120,000–a total of $240,000– to Quinn’s re-election warchest, according to Illinois State Board of Election records.

J.B Pritzker is high-tech business investor, a Democratic political activist, a philanthropist and a member of the Pritzker clan, one of the world’s wealthiest families. His sister is Commerce Sec. Penny Pritzker.
