Mayor Rahm Emanuel filled out his NCAA bracket, and he’s taking Duke and Florida in the title game, with Florida coming out the winner.
His two big upsets in the first round have No. 13 New Mexico State taking down No. 4 San Diego State, and No. 11 Dayton beating No. 6 Ohio State.
