Watch: Rahm Emanuel debates, insults Chuck Todd on schools

Rahm Emanuel debated NBC’s Chuck Todd on Thursday on the subject of charter vs. public school and ended by questioning the chief White House correspondent’s smarts.

The mayor, defending his position of giving parents choices on education, suggested Todd get out of D.C.’s thin air because it was effecting his brain. Watch:
