WASHINGTON — Former Sen. Rick Santorum R-Pa. who ran for president in 2012 and may do it again in 2016, hits Chicago on Wednesday, a stop on his “Blue Collar Conservatives” book tour.

Santorum speaks at 6:00 p.m. Chicago time at the University of Chicago’s Institute of Politics at an event in the Quad Club, 1155 E. 57th St.
